Each TAYOA staff member has a laptop and smartphone connected to the internet . Emails are used as official communication channels. TAYOA Staffs and Volunteers are equipped with working devices, including mobile smart phones and pads. Each project team uses multi-media communication channels including WhatsApp groups for instant request of information or guidance. At the head office there is a dedicated IT staff to support troubleshooting of equipment and devices and liaison with service providers.
TAYOA Data Center has multiple Internet Service Providers (ISPs) providing Internet to servers for reliability and internet failures with 46Mbps in total internet speed. All ISP connected to our Data center with Fiber connections.
TAYOA Data Center is connected with all Tanzania Mobile Operators for support its activities with 117 National Helpline and 15017 National Health SMS system, TAYOA has two SIP connections with fiber and Radio connections from Halotel and TIGO and Two E1s Connection form Vodacome and Airtel, also TAYOA Data Center has VPN connections from Halotel,Tigo,Vodacome,Airtel and Zantel for 15017 National Health SMS system.
TAYOA is using video conferencing and teleconferencing facilities to communicate to its partners and Project beneficiaries. TAYOA has a SIP server with fiber connections which is used for teleconference to remote areas to communicate with project beneficiaries to collect feedback and discussion concerns about project progress in their areas. Also TAYOA has Video Conference facility for communicating with field staff,CHMT,project partners, and project beneficiaries.
